Set within 70 hectares of woodland, planted gardens and terraces. Views stretch over Valle di Spoleto to Monte Serano. Only 5km from historic town Spoleto with excellent tennis and international June/July music festival.

Main house and two self-contained, independent guest houses, are comfortable and well designed for family living with excellent facilities. Main formal dining room opens onto  shaded dining terrace, both have seating to enjoy meals together.

A large swimming pool (18m x 8m) has pergola shade, facilities and children's play area. The grounds contain a small lake and family games pitch for more sporting members.
