A family retreat with very high standards

Set in 3 hectares surrounded by wooded hillsides with Serra de Tramuntana mountains in the distance. Only 6km from sandy beaches of Pollenca Bay and from where the prestigious Pollenca Classical Music Festival takes place between July and September.

The original 300yr farmhouse has been lovingly redesigned. Ground floor sitting room and principal guest bedroom have separate access to courtyard, garden and pool terrace. Master bedroom suite has private balcony. All four air-conditioned bedrooms have adjoining bath/shower rooms.

Within beautiful plantings, little paths lead to the mosaic swimming pool (10m x 5m), complete with rock diving stone, enhanced by a thatched gazebo. Spectacular walking through an ornithological paradise in October and spring. The sub-tropical climate ensures the longest of summers to enjoy lazing by an azure sea.
